I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password:
- Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your registered email address or username
- Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password

I'm entering the correct credentials but still can't login
This can happen due to several reasons:
- Caps Lock: Make sure Caps Lock is not enabled — passwords are case-sensitive
- Browser cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
- Multiple accounts: Ensure you're using the correct username for this specific account
- Account locked: After 5 failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for 30 minutes

I'm not receiving the OTP code
If you're having trouble receiving OTP codes:
- Check your mobile signal — OTPs require active network connectivity
- Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP
- Ensure your registered phone number is correct and active
- Check if your phone has any SMS blocking apps or DND enabled
- Try switching to email verification if available
If the problem persists, contact support with your registered number and we'll verify manually.
How do I recover my locked/suspended account?
If your account has been locked or suspended:
- Temporary lock: Wait 30 minutes and try logging in again. This resolves most cases.
- Security hold: If you see a security warning, contact support with your account details and valid ID for verification.
- Policy violation: Accounts suspended for policy violations will receive an email explaining the reason. You can appeal by contacting our support team.
